You wake up in a quiet hospital. Across the table sits the Doctor Dealer. Between you are the supplies that might keep you alive. Every decision leaves something behind.
Read the room.
The table is your interface. Handle medical supplies, inspect documents and read physical devices inside the world.
Read your opponent.
Watch the Doctor Dealer. Work with incomplete information. Decide what to use, what to keep and how much risk to carry.
