Visiting the website
The site uses Cloudflare to deliver and protect its pages. Connection information, including IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time, is processed by the hosting infrastructure for delivery, reliability and security. The basis for this processing is the legitimate interest in operating a secure and available website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The site has no visitor accounts, advertising analytics, marketing cookies or embedded third-party players. Fonts and images are served with the site. Application request logging is not enabled by the studio.
Email enquiries
When you email the studio, your email address, message and any information you choose to provide are processed through Zoho Mail to answer and manage your enquiry. The basis is the legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, or steps you request before a contract where applicable (Article 6(1)(f) or (b)). Provide only information needed for the enquiry. Medical records and passwords are not needed.
Routine enquiry correspondence is reviewed for deletion within 12 months after the enquiry is resolved. Correspondence needed for an ongoing relationship, legal obligation or legal claim may be kept longer for that purpose. Hosting-provider technical data is handled according to the provider's service arrangements and retention practices; the studio does not maintain a separate visitor analytics database.
Providers and external links
Cloudflare and Zoho provide hosting/security and email services. Their service arrangements may involve processing outside the EEA, with applicable transfer safeguards. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email the studio to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Czech Office for Personal Data Protection) or another competent supervisory authority. No automated decisions or profiling are carried out by this site.
